Southport Sharks is seeking a seasoned Risk & Compliance Manager to lead our organisation-wide approach to risk, compliance, WHS and governance across hospitality, gaming, hotel and sports operations. Reporting to the COO, you will guide executives and a dedicated coordinator to embed practical controls.

You will drive risk frameworks, incident investigations and AUSTRAC reporting while partnering with leaders to translate regulation into actionable business actions and governance improvements.
