Job Description

Barnardos Australia is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our OOHC team in Homebush, 2140. This full time, 12-month fixed-term prospect supports trauma-informed services and family-led practice to safeguard the wellbeing of children and their families.

The role focuses on building solid relationships, developing permanency-focused plans, assessing risks, and advocating for rights and cultural identity in care. Flexible arrangements and cultural leave are provided.
