The Y Victoria is hiring a Health & Fitness Coordinator for Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre. You will join a vibrant leadership team and drive the performance of the health and fitness programs while ensuring a robust schedule that boosts participation and member retention.

This full time role requires time management, creative problem-solving, and a customer‐focused approach. Essential qualifications include CPR, First Aid, and a Certificate III in Fitness with AUSactive registration.
