About the Role

n

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional visitor experiences while supporting the day-to-day operation of the site. This role requires a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and can work effectively with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Deliver engaging and informative tours that create memorable visitor experiences
n
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with guests
n




Assist with ticket sales, retail sales, and bar service
n
Support the delivery of onsite events and visitor activities
n
Maintain compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards
n
Contribute to visitation, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets
n
Maintain presentation standards through general cleaning and site upkeep
n
Develop solid product knowledge and confidently communicate key information to visitors
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

n
Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or a customer-facing role
n
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A friendly, confident, and engaging personality
n
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
n
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Flexibility to work a roster across 3 to 5 days per week
