Job Description

Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 2 to join the Secure Extended Care Unit (SECU). You will deliver recovery-oriented, evidence-based nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and support leadership activities that enhance service quality and consumer outcomes.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating group and individual interventions, and ensuring accurate documentation.
