Job Description

The Personnel Group is seeking an Employment Pathways Mentor to support customers through the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You will provide tailored mentoring, promote inclusive practices, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-employment preparation to work.

The role is full time based in Wollongong and Corrimal, with occasional regional travel to engage with customers and deliver services. Solid communication and team-oriented work in multidisciplinary teams are essential.
