Job Description

Barwon Health in Geelong is seeking a Paediatric Hospital in the Home/Daystay Coordinator (nursing: RN Div 1) to lead the Paediatric HITH/Day Stay service. The role entails governance, day-to-day operations, and resource management within Barwon Health's comprehensive paediatric program.

You will oversee clinical care delivery, mentor staff, and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical contacts, while continually evaluating protocols to ensure best practice.
