About This Role
On behalf of our client, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Contract Administrator to undertake a comprehensive review of existing Conduct & Compensation Agreements (CCAs). This will be contract requirement up to March 2027 based in the Brisbane CBD.
Review existing Conduct and Compensation Agreements (CCAs)
Identify contractual obligations, risks and improvement prospects
Assess agreement compliance across Development, Drilling & Completions and Operations
Identify opportunities to improve contract administration and obligation management
Highlight efficiencies and potential cost savings through improved agreement management
Support consistent application of contract terms and governance requirements
Requirements
Solid contract administration and document management experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to analyse and review complex documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
Experience within resources, infrastructure or construction industries is desirable
Knowledge of land access agreements or commercial contract management
Understanding of governance,
compliance and records management principles
Experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
