CBRE is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio across Australia with a solid HVAC/MEP background. You will oversee hard and soft services, P&L; ownership, budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement to meet contractual outcomes.

In this role you’ll develop the on-account team, manage governance and reporting, and maintain robust client relationships while ensuring safety and compliance across sites nationwide.
