Job Description

Sundown Villas Canberra is seeking an experienced Casual Receptionist to join our friendly team. The role is weekend-focused with additional weekday shifts and requires the ability to manage front desk operations and guest check-ins independently.

You will welcome guests, handle calls and emails, process reservations in NewBook RMS, and perform end-of-day audits and payments balancing. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in accommodation reception and solid customer service skills.
