City of Parramatta is seeking a Rates Officer to contribute to the Rates Team, delivering customer-focused rates and revenue services for internal and external clients. You will process requests, maintain data, apply rebates and exemptions, and support debt recovery activities in a rapid-paced council setting.
The role requires 3 years’ local government rates experience, solid customer service and communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
