Job Description

Green by Nature is seeking a Collections Officer to join our supportive finance team in a hybrid role. You will own the collections cycle, engaging with customers to drive timely payments and reduce DSO while maintaining robust relationships.

The role covers banking reconciliations, debtor reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement of collection strategies, with data integrity across ERP and CRM systems. You will lead weekly debtor meetings and provide explicit updates on key accounts.
