Roads Maintenance Labourers

Locations: Yatala (2 positions) & Brendale (1 position)

Hours: Monday to Thursday | 5:00am - 3:00pm

Employment Type: Full time Ongoing

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Roads Maintenance Labourers to join a growing team delivering essential roadside vegetation maintenance services across the Brisbane region.

n

This is an active, outdoor role that offers a outstanding work-life balance with a 4-day working week and ongoing employment opportunities.

About the Role

n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

n

n
Walking designated streets and road corridors
n
Applying herbicides using a backpack (knapsack) spray unit
n
Weed control along footpaths, gutters, kerbs, and roadside areas
n
Following safe work practices and environmental guidelines
n




Completing daily tasks efficiently and to a high standard
n

n

Requirements

n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

n

n
A current Driver's Licence
n
A current White Card
n
The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
A robust level of physical fitness
n
The capability to walk up to 20km per day while carrying a backpack spray unit weighing approximately 15kg
n
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
n
