Job Description

Four Points by Sheraton in Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome and assist travellers, handle check-ins and check-outs, and answer general enquiries. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering friendly, genuine service and building relationships to encourage future bookings.

Experience with OPERA PMS or similar is preferred, along with relevant guest services experience and Australian working rights.
