Job Description

The Department of Health, Tasmania, is seeking a permanent, full time Diversional Therapist to deliver a social support program at the Latrobe Adult Day Centre, focusing on wellness and reablement in a warm, client-centered setting.

You will work in a small team to plan and implement individual client care activities and group programs for older persons and those with disability, aligned with the Aged Care Framework. Please address selection criteria in your application.
