Leading Healthcare Group (Confidential) is seeking a hands-on Financial Accountant to support 500 clinicians across six brands. This remote-based role partners with the CFO, owning month-end, budgeting, and variance analysis with a focus on revenue and salary structures.

You will oversee offshore output, ensure compliance with AASB, and provide board-ready reporting. Solid Excel and Xero skills, plus CA/CPA qualifications, are essential.
