Job Description

Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a Demi Chef to join our pastry kitchen in a quick‐paced, luxury hotel workplace. You will contribute to the preparation, cooking and presentation of our pastry offerings and support menu development.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, has full Australian working rights, and prior high‐volume or hotel experience, with a passion for pastry and robust attention to detail.
