Job Description

State of Victoria seeks a Team Leader to support services for young people in custody. You will lead staff, deliver welfare programs and coordinate targeted services for individuals aged 18 to 25.

The role involves welfare assessments, referrals and providing transparent guidance to staff working with young people in custody. You will help develop and review the youth framework and related programs, drawing on relevant human services experience and an understanding of correctional settings.
