The Role:

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment whilst hiring for our skilled trades business. This is a unique role where you will be working closely with various clients to deliver against project requirements nationally.

Responsibilities include:

n

n
Advertising for our live vacancies on Seek and social media
n
Phone screening multiple candidates each day
n
Formatting suitable resumes to send onto our clients
n
Client interaction over the phone and via email
n
Working on recruitment strategies to make sure there is a pipeline of candidates.
n
Reference Checks
n
Database management including group mailers
n
Employee Aftercare and follow-up post placement
n
Working as a team with our other Resource Consultants and Mobilisation Coordinator
n

About You:

n

n




You will demonstrate previous experience working as a Recruitment/Resourcing role or alternatively have a solid business development or Customer Service background
n
Prior experience of the mining or construction industry would be highly advantageous
n
Experience recruiting on a high volume blue collar or Technical Engineering desk
n
Experience managing multiple, and often conflicting priorities to outcomes without sacrificing quality or timeliness
n
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a warm yet skilled phone manner
n
Willingness to go over and above what is expected to ensure excellent customer service is delivered each and every time
n
Enthusiastic, Committed, and Loyal
n
Creative, with the ability to think outside the square.
