Job Description

AOI TSUKI is seeking a Senior FOH / Floor Supervisor to uphold premium Omakase service in South Yarra. You will oversee daily floor operations, manage table sections, and mentor junior staff during busy dinner service.

Ideal candidates have Hospitality Award Level 5 or equivalent supervisory experience in fine dining or Japanese cuisine, with solid beverage knowledge including wine, cocktails and beer, RSA certification, and full Australian working rights.
