Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for a major civil construction project commencing late August 2026, with work available through to January 2027.

We are looking for experienced operators across a range of machinery, with 15+ positions available.

Grader Operators

Excavator Operators
n
Watercart Operators
n
Moxy / Articulated Dump Truck Operators

Start Date: End of August 2026

Project Duration: August 2026 – January 2027
n
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am – 5:00pm
n
Saturday Work: Potential Saturday work depending on the project program
n
Work: Major civil construction / earthworks project

Project Duration: August 2026 – January 2027

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am – 5:00pm

What We're Looking ForTo be successful, you will have:

n

n
Proven experience operating your nominated machine in a civil construction environment
n
Relevant plant tickets / VOCs
n
A robust commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Reliable transport to and from site
n
Ability to work Monday to Friday with potential Saturday work
n
A robust work ethic and reliable attendance
n
Ability to work as part of a skilled civil construction crew
n
