Key Responsibilities

KPIs focused on Conversion and UPT.
n
Leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience and styling advice
n
Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to maximise performance
n
Supporting roster management to optimise productivity and customer service
n
Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly store performance metrics
n
Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with global brand guidelines
n
Managing inventory, stock control, and loss prevention initiatives
n
Supporting all operational and administrative functions of the store
n

Experience:

n

n




Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Senior Supervisor within fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle retail
n
A proven track record of delivering strong sales results and achieving KPIs
n
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing retail teams
n
Robust commercial acumen and an ability to analyse performance data
n
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer service
n
High levels of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail
n
