Sureway Employment is seeking a Senior Mentor to lead and coach a caseload of parents and carers in the Parent Pathways program. You will mentor a small team, manage complex participant issues, and drive caseload growth across the Capital region.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Social Work and a current driver's licence. The role involves travel to Belconnen and surrounding areas, with a focus on empowering families to reach personal and skilled goals.
