Job Description

CALM Inc. is seeking a dedicated Youth Case Worker to support young people aged 12–24 and their families through evidence‐based early intervention programs and short‐term case management in Newcastle region.

You will work collaboratively with families, delivering group programs, building resilience and linking clients to essential services, with a strengths‐based, client‐centred approach. The role is part‐time (30–35 hours) and focuses on meaningful community impact.
