About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll lead a motivated and friendly team, ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy. You'll play a hands‐on role in daily operations — from managing staff and service standards to ensuring compliance, hygiene, and an inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all restaurant operations and shifts
n
Lead, train, and inspire a team of front‐of‐house and service staff
n
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well‐presented dining environment
n
Manage rosters, budgets, and stock control efficiently
n
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
n




Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
n
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
n

Skills & Experience

n

To be successful in this role, you should have:

n

n
A relevant Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management (or related field) with at least one year of full‐time work experience in a similar role; OR
n
At least three years of full‐time, relevant experience in restaurant management without formal qualifications
n
Proven experience managing a busy, rapid‐paced restaurant environment
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Solid organisational abilities and attention to detail
n
A positive, calm attitude under pressure and genuine passion for hospitality
