Job Description
The Extend Group is seeking an experienced leader to oversee OSHC services across the South East Suburbs of Victoria with hybrid and field-based duties. You will ensure safety, compliance and quality, while supporting educators and engaging with school principals and families.

You will manage four days per week in the field, report to the National Programs Manager, and drive regional growth with robust coaching and mentoring. A valid driver's license and ACECQA qualifications are required.
