CP Safety International is an established Australian-owned business specialising in creative commercial vehicle safety products supplied across the transport, mining, agriculture, and engineering sectors.

We're looking for a capable and practical Office & Warehouse Coordinator to become a key part of our team.

n

This is a genuinely varied role. One minute you might be processing an invoice, helping a customer, or reconciling an account; the next, you'll be in the warehouse getting an urgent order ready for dispatch.

What you'll be doing

n

Accounts administration, invoicing, and reconciliations
n
Payroll and superannuation processing
n
Accounts receivable and debtor follow-up
n
Processing customer orders and payments
n




Responding to customer enquiries
n
Coordinating freight and couriers
n
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
n
Receiving and managing incoming stock
n
Stock control and inventory management
n
Keeping the warehouse organised, secure and efficient
n

Organised, accurate and switched on
n
Confident with administration, accounts, and systems

Friendly and skilled with customers

Practical, hands-on and willing to get involved

Comfortable working independently and using initiative
