This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join our Gold Coast office in Varsity Lakes and become a key part of our property law team. You'll work closely with our principals and enjoy real autonomy in managing your own files, with the full support of a collaborative and driven team behind you.

What You'll Do

n

n
Manage residential conveyancing files end-to-end,



from instruction through to settlement across QLD and NSW
n
Prepare and review contracts, transfers, titles and settlement documentation
n
Conduct PEXA electronic settlements
n
Liase with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, etc
n
Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout the transaction
n

About You

n

n
Experience in QLD and NSW conveyancing
n
Solid working knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
n
Proficient in PEXA, with experience in LEAP (highly regarded)
n
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
n
A confident communicator who builds trust with clients quickly
n
Someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a small team environment
