Patties Food Group's Pakenham site is seeking a hands-on Production Shift Supervisor who thrives on the factory floor, to lead daily production activities and coaching of operators. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency, with collaboration across Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams, aiming to meet KPI targets like OEE and waste reduction.
