Job Description

SRG Hospitality – Summer Salt is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our busy dining room and oversee daily operations. This hands-on role prioritises exceptional guest service and productive team management.

You will recruit and train staff, drive high team performance, and ensure HACCP compliance while rostering a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays. Salary package ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super based on qualifications and experience.
