NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Sales Representative to be the first contact for members and prospective customers purchasing, enquiring about, or amending their Roadside Assistance membership. You will ask targeted questions to identify needs and offer solutions that add real value.

The role is based in a hybrid setting with 35 hours per week, and a rotating roster between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
