Job Description

The University of Sydney Advancement TAP seeks a Salesforce Training and Adoption Specialist to design and deliver training, onboarding and role-based learning for the Jarvis CRM platform. This highly team-oriented role blends stakeholder engagement, learning design and user adoption to maximise CRM value.

Working 0.6FTE with versatile arrangements, you will build training materials, run sessions, provide ongoing support, and use data to drive continuous improvement across portfolio-wide adoption
