Key Responsibilities

n

Roster Checking & Audit: Review store and operational rosters to ensure accuracy, alignment, and compliance with operational requirements.
n
System Data Entry: Accurately enter contract patterns, schedules, and shift changes into UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
n
Operational Support: Assist the broader workforce planning team with daily administrative tasks and schedule maintenance.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Background: Previous experience in retail,



hospitality, or an administrative role (retail team leaders, department managers, or store supervisors looking for an office-based step are strongly encouraged to apply!).
n
Systems Exposure: Prior experience with UKG (Kronos), or a similar workforce management / rostering platform, is highly regarded (though training on specific workflows will be provided).
n
Attention to Detail: Excellent data entry accuracy and a sharp eye for spotting roster discrepancies.
n
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams.
n
