With a track record of success and a pipeline of future projects on the cards, this company offers a great chance for an experienced Accounts Payable and Office Support Officer to join on a permanent and full-time basis.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work a broad role with both AP and office support duties. Your duties will include:
Full function AP duties including reviewing and coding invoices,



processing payment runs and performing reconciliations
Managing project costing spreadsheets, purchase order items and employee expenses
Administration tasks – ordering stationery, meeting notes, documenting processes and invoice management
Interacting with multiple stakeholders across the business

Your Background

Our client is looking for a candidate who is organised, reliable, keen to learn and possesses the following attributes:
Experience in both full-function Accounts Payable and Office Administration duties
Previously used Xero
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently work with different stakeholders
Team-focused attitude and cooperative, positive working style.
Be an autonomous worker who can take ownership and also possess initiative to help the team
Hold permanent working rights in Australia
