About the Role

Reporting into the HR Business Partnering Leader, this is a broad generalist role supporting all facets of HR across the organisation. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners across the employee lifecycle, providing hands-on advice and support to leaders and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day to day HR advice and support to leaders and employees across the business
n
Support HR Business Partners with employee relations matters and performance management
n
Assist with the coordination and execution of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding and probation reviews
n




Support recruitment processes in partnership with Talent Acquisition
n
Contribute to policy interpretation, workplace investigations and case management
n
Assist with reporting, HR metrics and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
n
Build solid relationships with site leaders and operational teams to understand business needs
n
Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the employee lifecycle
n

About You

n

n
Prior experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role
n
Sound working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging across all levels of the business
n
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine interest in developing a broad generalist skill set
n
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
