Job Description

Tradewind Australia is seeking a Team Lead in the community services sector to support Family Relationship Centre programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of practitioners, ensure trauma-informed, child-centred outcomes, and oversee day-to-day operations, case allocations and program coordination.

The role is full time and permanent, with one late night finish per week. A tertiary qualification in Social Work or Psychology and knowledge of family law and privacy are desirable; FDRP
