About the role

n

We're looking for Chefs and Cooks at various levels of experience, from passionate Cooks looking to grow their skills through to experienced Chefs with a strong background in Asian cuisine.

n

You'll be part of our culinary team, working across New Town Thai and CHU Restaurant by China Doll, helping deliver high-quality dining experiences to our guests.

As part of our kitchen team, you'll prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard while working in a busy, professional kitchen environment.

Our Perfect Fit

You're passionate about outstanding food, confident in a busy kitchen and have experience working with Thai and/or Asian cuisine. You take pride in your craft, work well as part of a team and thrive during a busy service.

Proven experience in Thai and/or Asian cuisine
n
Wok experience and knowledge of traditional Asian cooking techniques
n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
n
Passion for quality food and presentation
n
Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
n
Availability across 7 days, including nights, weekends and public holidays
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Knowledge of food safety standards
