Job Description

cohealth in Melbourne's region seeks a Harm Reduction Worker to provide assertive outreach and practical support for people experiencing substance use, mental health challenges, and homelessness.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care to reduce harm and connect clients with essential services. The role involves a rotating 7-day roster including some weekend work.
