Job Description

Life Without Barriers in Taree seeks a Family Support Worker for the Families Together program. You will provide intensive in-home and community-based family support, mentoring, coaching and practical assistance to families to strengthen parenting capacity and child safety.

You will support the implementation of family action plan goals, help with family preservation and facilitate secure reunification outcomes where appropriate, using a strength-based, culturally appropriate approach.
