Experienced Medical Typist / Receptionist

Busy Specialist Clinic | 3.5 days per week | Approx. 8 hours per day

We are seeking an experienced Medical Typist / Receptionist to join our busy specialist clinic.

n

This role is combined medical typing and transcription with patient reception and administration. We are looking for someone who is accurate, efficient, organized and skilled, with a genuine commitment to providing a high standard of patient care.

About the role

Medical typing and transcription, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
n
Welcoming and assisting patients in a skilled and friendly manner
n
Answering telephone enquiries and managing appointments
n
General reception and administrative duties
n
Liaising with doctors, patients and other healthcare professionals
n
Working efficiently in a busy specialist medical environment
n

About you

n
Previous experience in medical typing and medical reception is essential
n
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
n
Robust attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
n
Excellent communication and organizational skills
n
Professional, friendly and confident manner
n
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting
n
Reliable, proactive and able to work well as part of a team
n

The position: 3.5 days per week, averaging approximately 8 hours per day.
