Job Description

Metricon Homes is seeking a motivated Customer Service Support skilled to join our team in Melbourne. This role provides hands-on support to internal stakeholders across business units and assists customers through their building journey, in line with Metricon's mission and values.

You will handle enquiries by phone, email and online channels, build rapport with clients, and use our CRM to capture leads, schedule tasks and communicate effectively. A national police check is required.
