JK Williams is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the people function across NSW and QLD. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the HR strategy, manage a small team, and handle complex ER matters while staying hands-on in a site-based setting.

The role covers workforce planning, workers’ compensation, and engagement initiatives, with 4 days in the Penrith office and 1 day from home. This is a high-impact prospect to shape the people agenda at a longstanding civil contractor.
