We're seeking aCommis Chef on a Part-Time basis to join our corporate hospitality team. Work Tuesday to Thursday (24 hours/week) preparing food for events. Roster varies 6am–6pm across breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with potential for extra hours.

The Position

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food for events and buffets
n
Assist with stock control, ordering, and receiving supplies
n




Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with company protocols
n
Contribute to menu planning, catering for special dietary and cultural needs
n
Support event planning and provide excellent customer service
n

Robust knife skills and food prep experience
n
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
n
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction
n
Well-presented with strong communication skills
n
Must pass a valid Police Check
n
