Job Description

Uniting is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead clinical care in our Garden Suburb aged care service. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans, and lead clinical services to meet individual goals.

You'll liaise with medical and allied health specialists and families to advocate for residents' quality of life, while supervising Personal Care Workers. You will practice holistically, using your judgment to guide the team in a supportive, inclusive workplace.
