Reporting to the Chief Network Growth Officer, you will secure long-term bakery network success through strategic lease negotiations, portfolio management, site acquisition and stakeholder engagement.

This role requires relationship-building with franchisees, landlords and internal teams, driving improvements and evolving our property strategy for ongoing business growth.
