About the Role

We are seeking Gelato Makers to prepare fresh gelato in office and support a high-quality customer experience. Experience in a kitchen is preferred, we provide full training on the art of making gelato.

Key responsibilities

Produce and prepare gelato to premium quality standards
n
Maintain visual presentation and cleanliness of the preparation area
n
Coordinate with the retail team to support smooth service flow
n
Manage ingredient inventory, portioning and daily production schedules
n
Ensure food safety, hygiene and product consistency
n

About you

n
Experience in food preparation, pastry, bakery or hospitality
n
Solid attention to detail and product presentation
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and support customer experience
n
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
n
