Job Description

My Guardian in Current South Wales is seeking a energetic SIL Team Leader to bridge compliance with heart-led frontline care. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor frontline staff, and ensure person-centred support across SIL environments.

You will coordinate rosters, contribute to staff development, and engage families and health professionals while maintaining high safety and NDIS standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing team.
