About the Role

n

We're seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at Vans for our Holiday period! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear in rapid-paced, community-focused retail environment.

n

As a Sales Assistant, you'll:

n

n
Deliver outstanding customer service
n
Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
n
Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
n
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
n
Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
n
Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
Full availability from Mid-November 2026 to Mid-February 2027 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
n
Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
n
A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
n
Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team workplace
n
Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
