Key Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Sales Consultants with buyer and vendor management

Conduct buyer follow-up calls and database management
n
Attend open for inspections and private appointments
n
Prospect for new business opportunities
n
Coordinate property marketing campaigns
n
Assist with appraisals and listing presentations
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication
n
Build robust relationships within the local community

Key Requirements:

Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
n
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
Excellent organizational and time management skills
n
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n

This role offers ongoing training, 5.5 day work week, mentorship, career progression prospects and the chance to develop into a successful standalone Sales Consultant.
