Job Description

BOSS Engineering in Toowoomba is seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded team member to join the BOSS Automotive crew. This full time role focuses on assembling ute trays, toolboxes, trailers and headboards, with a hint of basic auto electrical work.

You will work in a tight-knit workshop, fit trays to vehicles, perform wiring basics, maintain a protected workspace, meet deadlines with your team, and take pride in producing high-quality, locally built products for our national footprint.
